I taught myself web design properly over years of building things, breaking them, and rebuilding until I understood the part most people skip. Not just making a site look nice, but knowing what a business actually needs from it and what makes a customer trust you enough to pick up the phone.

High Tide is run from Balbriggan, on the North County Dublin coast. Not a faceless agency in a glass office, and not a freelancer three time zones away. When it helps a project along, sitting down together over a coffee is genuinely on the table.
The work reaches a good deal further than the doorstep, though. It runs up and down the coast through Skerries, Rush, Lusk, Donabate, Swords, and Malahide, into Dublin city, and out across the rest of Ireland over video calls and the weekly Friday Update. Being close to the Irish small business market matters more than people expect: knowing how the Grow Digital Voucher works, how local search behaves here, and how an Irish customer actually decides who to trust.
